Absolutely, NO body slams, eye gouging, or any other illegal moves will be tolerated. However, I might throw you a handicap just for the fun of it.

I'll monitor and assess several factors: maintaining proper form, completing your reps, managing rest periods between sets or exercises, ensuring full range of motion without shortcuts, assessing engagement, monitoring hydration and nutrition, your ability to listen to instructions and feedback, maintaining consistency and effort throughout the session without losing motivation, and emphasizing the mind-muscle connection for optimal muscle activation during exercises.

As your trainer, I will tailor a home workout routine specifically for you and use a ruler to correct your form.

Examples of what I might do:

• If you slack off during high knees, I will place the ruler in front of you and instruct you to hit it for a full minute before you can move on.

• During planking and push-ups, I will slap your ass to lower your hips for proper alignment.

• Or, if you weren’t low enough during a 1-minute wall sit, I'll smack your thighs to remind you to lower yourself appropriately.
